These terms cover the Root Cause Review from Rootstock Growth, a business name of Byrd LLC, a South Dakota limited liability company (“Rootstock,” “we”). By asking for or buying a review, you agree to them. Questions: [email protected].
Who can ask for a review
You must be at least 18 and the owner of the business or someone the owner has allowed to ask for this review. The information you give us must be true. One free review per business every 30 days.
What the review is
- The review measures public information at the moment it runs: your Google listing, where you show on Google Search and Maps from a set of spots around your area, your reviews, your website, and what AI assistants say. Results change from day to day and person to person, so your own searches may differ.
- Missed-lead and dollar figures are estimates built from search volumes and published industry averages. They show what may be at stake. They are not a promise of results, and they are not financial, legal or tax advice.
- Rootstock is not affiliated with Google, OpenAI, or any other company the review mentions.
- We may decline or stop a review, for example if we cannot match the business to a Google listing or the request looks automated or abusive.
Paid reviews
- Full Review ($49) and Full Review + Plan ($99) are one-time payments, processed by Stripe. Prices are in U.S. dollars. No subscription.
- The paid review is delivered as a private web page and a PDF, usually within a day. The $99 level includes one follow-up review about 30 days later.
- If you hire Rootstock Growth for a monthly package, the full amount you paid for the review is credited toward your first month.
- Refunds: if we cannot deliver your paid review, we refund it in full. If the review gets your basic business facts wrong (for example the wrong Google listing, city or website), email [email protected] within 14 days of delivery: we will correct it and run it again, or refund you in full if you prefer. Otherwise paid reviews are not refundable, because the work is done when the review runs.
Your report
Your report is yours to use for your business, including sharing it with your staff or anyone who helps you. Our methods, scoring and software stay ours. Please do not resell reports or use them to build a competing service. Forwarding your private link lets anyone with it open the report.
Limits on our responsibility
The review is provided “as is.” We work to make it accurate, but public data and third-party sources can be wrong or out of date, and we do not guarantee any ranking, lead or revenue result. To the extent the law allows, our total responsibility for any claim about a review is limited to what you paid for it, and we are not responsible for indirect or lost-profit damages.
General
South Dakota law governs these terms. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information. If we change these terms, the new version applies to reviews asked for after its effective date.
